Organisations and associations seeking new accreditation are requested to submit a 2026 IPHC Processor Advisory Board Member Accreditation Questionnaire.

 

PAB members may be re-accredited for successive meetings by roll call without resubmitting the Accreditation Questionnaire provided they have participated in at least three (3) out of five (5) most recent annual PAB meetings.

 

Organizations and associations eligible for accreditation by roll call are asked to verify their  information for PAB031.
