Organisations seeking new accreditation are requested to submit a 2025 IPHC Conference Board Member Accreditation form. Re-accreditation of current members who have participated in at least three CB meetings within the past five years is conducted through a simple roll call at the beginning of the CB session.
For organisations already accredited, please verify your information for CB095.
