SEATTLE – The 102nd Session of the IPHC Annual Meeting (AM102) will be held at the Hyatt Regency, in Bellevue, WA, USA, from the 19-22 January 2026 (23 January is being held as a reserve day).
The IPHC Secretariat has secured a discounted meeting rate of US$215/night for delegates. As of today, 12 November 2025, there are only 42 rooms left at the discounted rate.

After 31 December 2025, rooms will be subject to availability at regular hotel rates (>$294).
A reminder that the Commission meeting will start at 9:00 am on Monday, 19 January 2026, instead of the usual 12:30 pm, so you may wish to consider arriving on Sunday, 18 January 2026.
