RECREATIONAL FISHERY OPENINGS
IN IPHC REGULATORY AREA 2A:
WASHINGTON SUBAREAS AND THE COLUMBIA RIVER SEBAREA FOR OREGON
Opening: Washington Subareas (WDFW Marine Area 1 through 10) Pacific halibut recreational fishery. In addition to the days that are already scheduled, recreational fishing for Pacific halibut will be open in the Washington Subareas (Columbia River, South Coast, North Coast and Puget Sound) on 28 June 2019. Fishing days have been added in response to the higher than anticipated fishery limit and poor weather days.
Opening: Oregon Columbia River Subarea (ODFW Columbia River Subarea) Pacific halibut recreational fishery. The Columbia River Subarea in Oregon will also be open for recreational fishing for Pacific halibut on 28 June 2019.
