IPHC Media Release 2020-029 Recreational Fishery Openings in IPHC Regulatory Area 2A: Washington Subareas and Columbia River Subarea

SEATTLE – Opening: Pacific halibut recreational fisheries in the Washington Puget Sound, Washington North Coast, Washington South Coast and Columbia River Subareas.

The Oregon and Washington Departments of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW and WDFW) have determined additional dates for the Pacific halibut recreational fishing seasons in Washington’s Puget Sound and coastal subareas, as well as the Columbia River Subarea, spanning Washington and Oregon waters.
