IPHC Media Release 2020-017 Recreational Fishery Openings in IPHC Regulatory Area 2A: Central Oregon Coast Subarea

SEATTLE – Opening: Central Oregon Coast Subarea (ODFW Central Oregon Coast Subarea) spring all-depth Pacific halibut recreational fishery. Two additional openings have been added to the spring all-depth Pacific halibut recreational fishing season in Oregon’s Central Coast Subarea. 16-18 July and 30 July – 1 August were added, making a total of eight openings for this fishery for 2020.

The fishery was open 21-23 May, 28-30 May, 11-13 June, and 18-20 June. Remaining openings are 9-11 July, 16-18 July, 23-25 July, and 30 July – 1 August.
